Flowtronex PSI/Intelliquip

When we first began working together in 1995, Flowtronex was a high-potential company that took irrigation technology from the oil and gas market and applied it to the irrigation industry – specifically golf courses.

Initially, we collaborated with the CEO, Dave Brockway, and helped gain awareness and acceptance of their brand through original articles for trade media use. Over time, we began building upon those articles, creating a highly popular client newsletter, conducting client surveys, supporting sales and marketing efforts with direct mail and promotional activities and expanding into other markets including Europe and snowmaking ski resorts.

The company attained a 90% market share and was so successful that it was sold to a Fortune 1000 company in the late 1990s. We were honored that Dave included us as his marketing partner in his next venture, a highly specialized software package designed for engineered pumping systems. We created a range of key materials for them, including their website, media outreach and videos that used a little humor to pump up an otherwise rather dry conversation. Intelliquip was successfully sold in 2019, making this our longest-standing client relationship.
