An established community resource reinvents itself, again and again

Project Overview:

The Collective Genius first partnered with Maryhaven in 2015, specifically guiding gambling education efforts. Later, based on the success of the gambling efforts, the TCG team was asked to revise and update Maryhaven’s brand and website for the organization as a whole. Over the years, the team has launched multiple iterations of the Maryhaven website, with the most recent refresh coming in 2022 to help make the site more accessible to potential clients and their loved ones.

Ongoing Work:

TCG has also created and established a known brand for Maryhaven executing print and broadcast production on several television and radio ads as was possible given various budgetary constraints. With more than a dozen TV spots created to date (like this one: https://youtu.be/-RGonplcpu0), the work TCG and Maryhaven have done together has helped raise the profile of Maryhaven in the community to new heights–which has been reinforced by client surveys citing strong brand awareness and the use of “Maryhaven” in Google search data.

After TCG launched the redesigned Maryhaven website in 2018, the organization began receiving web inquiries for help for all services. Since then, web requests have grown more than 300% to well over 1,000 per year.
