Upping the interest and engagement to meet growing need
Project Overview:
St. Vincent Family Center relied on The Collective Genius to figure out how to reorganize and attract more families to their summer programming. Our team hosted focus groups focused on what families truly needed from a summer care provider, and this led to internal shifts such as more flexible hours, as well as fledgling new partnerships with organizations such as Columbus Rec & Parks.
TCG also used extensive research and fresh, high-quality design to craft and launch the new SVFC.org website in 2018. It is complete with a new brand guide and various public engagement tools, all of which helped increase acquisitions—more students, donors, volunteers—and create a larger community profile in the process.
